Bruce Theuret – General Manager
B.S. – Specialized Study, Mathematics – Edinboro University of PA
Bruce has 25 years of management experience in manufacturing. This includes extensive experience in lean manufacturing, cost accounting, purchasing and customer service/sales. He most recently worked for our sister company, The Resource Center.
Robert Schifano – Sales Engineer
B.A. – S.U.N.Y at Fredonia
Robert is our sales engineer. He has 39 years experience in manufacturing and process engineering. His manufacturing experience began with making solid wood furniture and later advanced into large scale heavy duty industrial sewing. Over the past fifteen years, Robert has been actively involved in managing and engineering products with considerable emphasis on military and law enforcement products. Many of the products that he directed have been the result of close ties with the military and combat design engineers working within the federal government. For the past 26 years, he has been instrumental in the success of our business, in obtaining orders, overseeing design, and managing production for hundreds of millions of dollars in government and private business products for The Resource Center’s manufacturing operations as well as Support Enterprises.
Edward Vos – Product Develop Engineer/Project Manager
B.F.A. Kendal College of Art & Design
Edward has spent 30 years in the furniture manufacturing industry as a Product Development Engineer and Project Manager. This experience has transferred over to TRC/SEI Engineering Department where for the past 7 years, Edward oversees the engineering details, routing, costs and the process of making new combat gear and consumer products for our customers. He has been a key contributor in the development of our police vest line.
Gary Neel – Production Manager
Gary has 30+ years management experience in the fields of manufacturing, just-in-time methodology, lean manufacturing, and continual improvement. This was developed in the furniture industry, automotive industry, and most recently, in the food industry. He has a diverse background in inventory management and human resource policies.
Jeremy Weilacher – Prototype Designer
Jeremy has over 10 years of sewing experience with government contracts. He has directed our prototype department that serves both Allied Industries and Support Enterprises for the past seven years, and SEI’s for the past 2. He has designed numerous pouches, vests, and bags for several military branches. His designs are currently being used daily in combat missions throughout the world. Jeremy have played a major role in developing and producing our customized police vests and many other commercial products. He is responsible for assisting in the training of our staff with regard to introductory sewing and specific product techniques.
