Support Enterprises Inc. provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for our products and warrants that each product is to be in good working order for the product's lifecycle. Should this product, in Support Enterprises Inc.’s opinion, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, Support Enterprises Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-Support Enterprises Inc. authorized modification or repair.
You may obtain warranty service by shipping this product to Support Enterprises Inc.’s return address along with proof of purchase (for more info, read our Shipping & Returns page). The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the warranty service.
The Support Enterprises Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty is defined as the serviceable life of the product. This is defined as the period during which all components are available. Should the product prove to be irreparable, Support Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if available or to retract the limited Lifetime Warranty if no replacement is available.
Support Enterprises Inc.’s sole and exclusive maximum liability for any claim by the Purchaser, shall not exceed the wholesale value for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any indirect, incidental, collateral, exemplary, or consequential damages or losses arising out of the Customer’s purchase of the product. The above limitation may not apply in some states.
