Shipping & Returns

Support Enterprises, Inc. wants to ensure that all customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase at Support Enterprises, Inc. Returns will be accepted if shipped within 15 days of receipt of purchase. After 15 days returned items must meet the requirements of our Limited Lifetime Warranty in order to be replaced. No cash refunds will be given after 15 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be returned with the original sales receipt. Any items damaged in shipping must be taken up with the carrier upon receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within four weeks of Support Enterprises, Inc. receiving your package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

When returning an item(s), please write the word “Replace” on the sales receipt and include it in your return packaging if you are interested in receiving a new bag or having your bag repaired (Support Enterprises, Inc. will determine this based on condition of the bag). If you’re interested in a refund please write “Refund” on your sales receipt when including it in your return packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.


All orders will ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment via UPS Ground with a flat-rate shipping cost of $7.00 per item!  All shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We only flat-rate ship to the continental United States Shipment to other countries will utilize UPS or US Air Mail and shipment cost is calculated by country.
